WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you wish to cancel your order it must be done within 24 hours from time of purchase. 

Damaged items:
You must send in a picture with in two days from delivery date specified on tracking information in order to be refunded.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To care for your glitters:
Keep them in a covered dry area. Either in the clam shell, compact or z pallet.

CUSTOM PALETTES

The custom 28 and 5 color pallets are totally custom you choose every color that goes into the pallet. You put the colors you would like into message to buyer, while this is not the most efficient way that is the way our site allows us to do so. We are working on stream lining the color selection process.

PAN SIZES

All pans are 26 mm or 36mm with magnetic properties that allow them to be put into a Z pallet.
